It is a good deal, heat and hot water are included. grounds are kept nice and maintenance is responsive.The apts are updated, clean and the central air is great!!

yes, the staff is not always in the office but the phones are always forwarded so you can reach someone.

As for the sec 8...it is called fair housing.Not all sec 8 people are low lives. Shame on anyone that judges without knowing.
