Parking is at an extra fee, but it is reasonable. (Also, there is no-permit on street parking on the President's Lane side of the building, however, to discourage commuter parking, there is a 2 hour limit between the hours of 9-5 Mon - Fri) Laundry facilities are on the ground floor (and, yes, there is an elevator)... the dryer could stand to be updated and it would be nice if they either got out of the coin system (to a card system) or put in a change machine (quarters are a hassle to get and carry), but, so close to the city.. it?s nice just to have laundry in the building. Management is very friendly and maintenance does a fantastic job with any necessary repairs and general cleaning and upkeep (you always see someone washing windows or vacuuming or something)... building is old and not the most gorgeous... but apartments are a good size and top floors have a nice view.. also, it is literally across the street from the T. Neighbors are friendly too! This is a great place to live. Plus, heat, water, and electricity are included with the rent.
