I've lived in the Fenno Street location for several years (same owners). I'm sorry to hear the other person's misfortune with the leasing staff, I got to work directly with the owner and was very happy. He was friendly and nice, but not pushy. Answered all my questions straight up and gave me time to read what I needed to read.

When I moved in my fridge was a bit old, didn't work great. I wrote a letter and had a brand new, full sized one within days.

The Fenno Street building is well kept (the rugs are kind of old), but its nice enough. Cats are allowed! They are a little slow about snow removal...but it gets done. As well, they have been known to accidentally destroy a window screen or two...so be sure to point this out to the office if/when it occurs.

As with all new apt buildings, the walls are way to thin...you can others talking and having sex at all hours. But mostly neighbors are considerate.

I'm very happy with my experience here and although the apartments in this building are quite small, I would definitely chose to look for something else in one of their other buildings.
