This apartment is ideal for the T commuter. It's so close to everything you need (grocery store, T, gyms, etc.) There are a couple of problems with the apartment. First, there is carpeting in the kitchen, the dryers in the basement are horrible (you have to dry towels and jeans at least twice), and there is a smell to the whole place that sticks in your clothes. The landlords are quick to respond but can be very rude. The best part of this apartment complex is that utilities are tied to the rent so you can jack up the AC but you don't really pay for it. Great for someone who's trying to save money and needs to be close to the T.
