I agree with all the previous posts,the stereotypical landlord, only interested in his money. Not only does he charge for parking but only certain size apartments are even eligible. Once he has your money, he stops working for you. With the money he charges i must be blind because i dont see the granite counters and hardwood floor. The carpets are old and once you sign the lease there's no chance of getting them replaced, even to help get new tenants. If you are foolish enough to sign with him WATCH OUT FOR THE SELF RENEWING LEASE! If you miss the deadline by one day, even if the deadline was debatable, he thinks hes the IRS and makes numerous threats. He is rude on the phone and doesn't even want to help if someone has parked in your parking spot.

P.S. 9 months and too many calls to count before my bathroom sink was fixed, thanks for the superior service.

I'm a victim self-renewing lease. Oh,gotta love the 8" of solid concrete. Does a fantastic job of keeping out all that stomping and banging that goes on. HA!
