I have lived here for a year and just resigned my lease. I honestly think the place is great. It's kept clean, I haven't seen one bug - unlike the last place I lived in! The building has three computers that tenants are able to use, they also have a great exercise room. And, having a washer and dryer in each apt. is wonderful. The only complaints I can come up with are: last summer some people did play their music/tv pretty loud late at night and the parking this winter has been awful. But for some extra $$ you can have an assigned parking space in the underground garage. It is a little pricey, but you do get what you pay for! The management office has been very helpful and friendly any time I have interacted with them. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
