After living here for almost 8 months I have to say that the facilities are wonderful. All of the amenity rooms are open 24 hours and are always kept clean. I actually used the function room for a Christmas Party.
Unfortunately, If you are young and living here you may develope a problem with the managment staff. Everything becomes your fault. We had an issue with peopele complaining about noise and we got very agressive letters and complents from managment with out even a question from them about if we had actually been responsible for the noise. It turned out we had faulty plumming in our toilet and the running of the water was the complent. That was only discovered after we begged someone to listen to the noise to vindicate ourselves.

Must be chronic- my toilet didn't work the friday when I moved in a few months ago and the management told me to wait until monday to fix it because it wasn't an emergency. I had to walk downstairs and use the fitness room toilet all weekend. DON'T EVER MOVE INTO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING HARRASSED!!!!!!!!!!!!
