I'm currently a tenant here for over a year, we signed a lease for 15 months and about to expired in Jan, and I'll renew it. Well, I have to admit the previous management wasn't helpful and we have new management manager and she's very nice so far. Maintenance is excellent, i never have any problem in my apartment and they do quarterly changing filters in the apartment. Parking could be a problem, which is why the management starting to tow unauthorized cars in the parking lot. I just thought the previous reviews may be a little biased as the management is not as bad as described. However, I do agree that the walls are very thin. if you're young and have many home-party, then this is not a place to move in. Overall, the property is very well maintained and I enjoy living here.
