I have lived here for 7 months and I love it. The building is well maintained and the grounds are beautiful. The maintenance staff is super friendly and attentive. One of the best things about this place is the peace and quiet. Everyone on my floor keeps to themselves [although the people I do see are very friendly!] and it is very rare to hear any actual noise; the walls are THICK. My boyfriend and I plan on staying here until we buy a house, and let me tell you- I'm a picky person! Again, the peace and quiet is a huge plus. It's hard to find any in apartment living and fortunately, We've found it here. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

I wouldn't say it's "quiet", and I'm also a picky person. If you face into the courtyard you'd understand what I'm saying. And I have heard people talking about their neighbors overhead.

There are heating bills coming until August, and then start again in October. A lot people have the same problem. Something is wrong about the place.
