I agree with the previous review
i have lived for over one and half year.
we were quite comfortable with the previous managemnt
but with the new management from january 2008, there seems to be no end to the string of problems arising and no one to care of them
the computer office is closed afterhours, printer never seems to be in working condition, sometimes the cartridge is out of toner , sometimes there is some mechanical problem in the printer,
no intimation of parcels or packages.if asked for a rental receipt, we get it after 1-2 weeks of struggling and going to the office everyday.
they are least bothered about the residents problem.
a huge transition from the previous amnager to the new manager in terms a very, very, negative way
i wouldnt recommend anyone , staying here

IF YOU READ THE LAST TWO REVIEWS I THINK THERE IS AN OBVIOUS PATTERN HERE OF A LOCAL MANAGEMENT PROBLEM.
SOMEBODY HIGHER UP ISN'T DO THERE JOB MANAGING WHAT IS MOST CERTAINLY A CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED BUSINESS.
