From Classy to A$hy--Move Here at Your Own Risk

I moved here in the Spring of 2007 with all intents and purposes to stay through the Spring of 2010. The management was wonderful; there were many convenient amenities; the residents were enjoyable; and the building was beautiful. In the Winter of 2007, all this changed. Every disgruntled resident's discontent can be traced to one and only source: the new management.
Since the sale, the people working here are discourteous and rude. They are socially inept and unable to effectively deal with residents' minor problems. From allowing pets to accommodate N0elle, the new teenage manager, to D0nna, the "anything but cheery" sales manager making residents wait weeks to get packages, to cutting off access to the business center, to being downright snappy and incompetent, the lazy management team at the "New Highlands at Faxon Woods" can be described as nothing else but a complete and abysmal failure.
On top of that, the new management has the gall and audacity to raise current tenant's rents in the upwards of $200 to $400 per month. If you currently live here, get out while you can. I hear the Avalon down the street is a wonderful community, but unsurprisingly, is facing a stampede of Faxon Woods residents looking to make a mass exodus out of Hades, so act fast. If you are thinking about moving here, think again--it's a decision you will be regretting for the duration of your lease, if not longer.
And sorry N0elle and D0nna, putting nifty little signs along Faxon Woods that you "love your residents" won't change the fact that both of you put together have the intellectual capacity of a caterpillar and the personality of a pudding cup.

THE ABOVE AUTHOR IS BEING KIND TO THE TWO AFORE MENTIONED OFFICE STAFF.
"COMPLETE AND ABYSMAL FAILURE" IS BEING KIND.
I WOULDN'T PUT THEM IN CHARGE OF A CATEPILLAR FARM.

I would agree whole heartedly. Not to mention that since the firing of Noell and her kin, the new management is more hard core and inclined to make verbal appeasing agreements with patrons which they later do not honor. Word to the wise GET IT ALL in writing.
