New Update to 'Downhill Since Sale'

19 May 08 Update: Call from Quincy USPS office (which had received a call from the national office, in response to the complaint registered below): The management of Faxon Highlands refuses to assume responsibility for packages delivered; thus, they can't be left (in spite of the existence of an ostensibly manned office and a locked package room).
There is a standard letter and protocol submitted by complex management to the USPS (others in the area have done so--If you want to get your packages from the US Postal Service, you should probably live there), but apparently the management of Faxon Highlands refuses to submit the necessary paperwork.
Update on other below-mentioned area: One of two garage access doors broken--Day four (or five) and counting; no word on repair forthcoming.
The USPS now refuses to deliver packages to this address (the whole building); in spite of the management having stated otherwise.
This is directly from a Quincy Post Office employee (phone conversation 1751 16 May 08), who said, "The management there refused delivery of a package, and we don't deliver there now. They tell you one thing and tell us something else."
Immediate attempt to call Faxon Highlands office (at 1755) resulted in no answer (even from a machine) after 20 rings--though the office is ostensibly open until 1800 (per memo from Faxon Highlands management of 15 Jan 08).
This has been reported to the USPS Office of Consumer Affairs, Confirmation Number OR37742102. (I think anyone can call about it.)
Unrelated: Underground garage required to be completely cleared for three days 0800 - 1800 (vice 0900 - ', when everyone would be at work, anyway) (vice in sections, when outside parking would be easy to come by) for 'cleaning'; the third day, no cleaning done (garage cleared for no reason); 'cleaning' had very little discernable effect.
