What's Important at Highlands at Faxon Woods

1) A motorcycle was recently stolen from the garage. The owner of the bike circulated a notice offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to its return. One of the points mentioned in the notice is 'There are no security cameras in the garage or outside areas so use caution.'

2) The following notice is posted by the thermostat in the workout area (bad grammar and punctuation from original):

To All Residents:

Do Not Touch the AC Thermostat. If you need it adjusted please ask for assistance in the front office. If any resident is observed (Via security cameras) adjusting the temperature themselves they will be in Violation of the Community Policies (3 violations result in termination of lease)

Conclusions:

--The security and safety of residents' vehicles are not important--at least not enough to buy security cameras for.

--The sanctity of the exercise room thermostat IS important enough to buy security cameras for.
