I loved the area, the property managers, maintenance staff, and my apartment but the tenants at the property were a different story. A good portion of the tenants are on Section 8 and their children were complete menaces...running up and down the hallways at all different hours, vandalizing the building as well as the cars...setting off the smoke detectors just for kicks...peeing and spitting in the elevators and stairways.
Winn management put a lot of money in the building the years that I lived there and every time they would put effort in to fixing up the building the tenants would destroy it! If the Winn Mgmt could get the rift raft out of the building it would be an excellent place to live.
