Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
I have found their maintinance to be awful, the apartment was awful when I moved in. There we're holes in the vertical blinds and the ones in the bedroom were all bent. It took 3 1/2 weeks and 6 phone calls to get them all replaced. There is animal hair stuck to the walls in the bedroom, that was just painted over, big globs. Lots of animals here, not everyone cleans up after their pets. It's pretty gross. Overall I'd say save your money, it's very conviently located, but definitely not worth the money.
