When we came to look at this place the staff was extremely nice and very knowledgable. The second day that we moved in we had items that belonged to us stolen and found them in the trash. The maintenence staff always comes within 48 hours as stated, but it generally takes them 3-4 visits to fix anything. We are non smokers, but the amount of smoke that comes into the vent is more second hand smoke than you would get going to a bar. This bothers me because I pay for my own heating and air conditioning. If there is smoke getting in, then my heat and AC is getting out. The walls are paper thin, the wall paper in the bathrooms is old and was peeling the day that we moved in. Although the complex is close to the T, accepts pets, and has free parking, the rent is COMPLETELY outragous. There are communties around the area with the same ammenities, decent staff, and nicer/newer apartments, for about two thirds the rent. Concerning the pets/parking, there is always dog poop everywhere, and most people take up two spaces at a time. It is hard to park near your apartment, and bring a flashlight, you'll need it to guide your way through the dog mess. Do NOT rent here.
