Im currently living here and planning to move out soon. Read the Cons for reasons.

Pros:

Pet-friendly community. Easy access to highway. Take me 30 minutes to Boston at 6.30AM. and 20 minutes back there at 7.30PM. Friendly Staffs. Big parking space cell, so no door bang. Quiet neightborhood.

Cons:

Not too good security. The main entrance to the buildings never locked. No main gate. Not enough street light.

Building are built from cheap materials. LITTLE SOUND OR HEAT INSULATION. You can turn off your TV and listen to your neighbors conversation. If you leave the TV on, you still hear them close door or cabinet, laundary machine, dog barking taking shower, (my neighbor is actually quiet and nice) No privacy in this complex. Sometimes you will smell trash, dog when you enter the stairway. Also, problem with water pressure. It is dripping not flowing. Im having difficulty with showering a lot.I can barely rinse the shampoo out.

42% of people who have dogs here never pick up after the dogs. (5 out of 12, I actually count it on a nice Saturday 8-9am. So, it is typical to step on them if you dont watch out. Right now, there are about 6 of them on the 3x12 yard lawn in front of my building

Parking space is limited. If you come home after 6.00pm, you will have to park far away from your building.

It is expensive! 1 bed is $1450. With that money, I will go get a roommate and spend the extra saving on leasing a Porsche. You also have to deal with electric and gas bills.

Suggestions:

If you have cats & dogs, this is the one.

If you drive to work in Boston, this is OK.

If you dont like neightbor noice, cooking smell, dont come here.

Try different places that are little farer and cheaper.

If you are really like it, try to deal with the rent. I heard that they give a discount sometimes. Try move in different date and different unit. Rents are vary. I heard my neightbor pay $300 less than me on the same unit.

Do not select the unit next to the stair. My neightbor has gone crazy because of the stepping noice. She said she can distinguish between women and men stepping noice! But all of them are extremely loud.
