Moved in this past September. I looked into a lot of places in Quincy that were much pricier and newer but heard a lot of complaints about management. So far its been wonderful here. When I moved in they replaced all the carpeting and painted all the walls fresh. There was a window that was "fogged" and the AC wasnt optimal. I complained and they were both fixed within days. Whenever I have called for service they call back within a half hour. No noise issues at all (except the occasional dog). The third floor apartments are beautiful and so different than many cookie cutter places in area (high ceilings, fireplaces). I recommend highly so far - and I have high standards!
