Poor maintenance

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
Maintenance reparations done cheaply. Staff not willing (without numerous repeated complaints) to replace appliances that are old and not in good working order. Head of maintenance "nasty". Most of regular office staff sociable. Apartments OK. Safety concerns, esp. to vehicles.
