Hello all - if you are considering living here at Lincoln Heights, don't waste your time! Prices are skyrocketing and for these prices, you're better off buying than dumping off your hard earned cash to some corporation...

This is Quincy people! Rent should not be thit high! And especially not for this! - I've been here not too long and am anxious to bail... the parking situation here is a mess, the maintenance crew is a joke, and honestly, for these prices, you should expect a lot more - but not here. These apartments are average at best. I got suckered into moving here and if it weren't for that legal thing called a lease, I would be gone (along with many others I know) The place has just gone downhill...

Try finding another apartment in Quincy that is any cheaper...Good Luck!!! The prices are going up only on units that are being remodeled.....and maybe if all my rude neighbors didn't have so many guests over the parking situation would be fine...If you got suckered into moving here then you are a "SUCKER" I love my apartment and have had no issues with maintenance...you try working as hard as they do...bet you wouldn't last a day!

The rents here are going way up and the units that have been remodeled aren't worth the HUGE increase in rents. We are having a huge problem with the pool (people breaking into it at night), car theft and vandalism, also too many guests.
