Stay far away

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I lived here for two years. Here's why I was relieved to move elsewhere:
- The place looks nice, but is incredibly over-priced.
- The highway noise from route 93 is consistent.
- The maintenance workers themselves are polite and competent, but I had to make multiple requests before any repair attempts were made. At least two repairs I made myself because after several weeks I grew tired of waiting for the office to send someone over.
- At one point the entire sheetrock ceiling on my deck collapsed while I was in the apartment. Fortunately I was not on the deck. The office manager was not at all apologetic or concerned about the situation. Despite the fact that the persistent wet weather might affect other deck ceilings, no attempts were made to warn other tenants.
- Some of the office staff are quite personable, while others seem irritated whenever approached.
- A guest of mine had their car stolen out of the parking lot, 30 feet from my building.
