I have lived at Lincoln Heights for now 6 years. The staff is very friendly but the crime is getting out of control. The staff has done nothing about this except report the issues to the Quincy Police. The grounds are very dark and an easy target for smash and grabs. My friends headlights were stolen and my car was broken into right in front of my own building. The prices for rent are very high as well, with no regard to safety. It is not worth your saftey and your property. BEWARE! I will be moving once my lease is up.

The leasing company has responded to residents' concerns by installing brighter lights. The police also drive through fairly regularly during patrols. No issues with break-ins since I arrived in 2008.
