I moved here in February- that being said, I am a travelling nurse, so rent and utilities are paid for by my company so I have a different perspective than if I was paying for it on my own. So far the apartment is nice, I work night shift and it is for the most part quiet during the day, and quiet at night. Occasional dog-barking and loud talking, but nothing excessive. The apartment was cold in the winter, but I like it cold so this wasn't a problem for me. All in all, it's been a nice transition-it's close to the "T" station, although far if you're going to walk it. Recently, they have implemented a parking pass rule, which will help with being able to find parking. I would suggest either building 10 or 11- they're more secluded and quieter, and always get the 3rd floor if you can-it's just common sense, you're not sandwiched in by people. As far as crime goes, it's more the luck of the draw I think.

Do your best to avoid Jack's mom (basset hound owner). She is by far the loudest, nosey and most annoying woman in the complex.

True about the basset's owner and also avoid the other Jack's(a husky)owners...She is a trust fund snob and he is just a straight-up jerk....never friendly
