We have been living here since 2006 and have been perfectly happy. We stayed here through the renovations and we are very happy with our upgraded apartment. Maintenence has always been very responsive and the staff is very friendly. It does get cold in the winter but we just put plastic over the windows and it's much better. This is also a great place for our dog--very dog friendly complex. Rent may be a little high but it is only because we get amenities that duplex or triplex renting does not offer.
