Finally I'm proud to have visitors. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/14/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   This building and the tenants have gone through a lot in the past 2 years. The building was sold approx. 2 years ago and was in dire need of repairs. The new management company has certainly done a cinderella story here, a true rags to riches. We now have a fitness room, a computer room w/ coffee, a high tech laundry room and a cool looking lobby. Not to mention how great the new apartments are. I now can have friends/family over and be proud of where I live. I used to always meet people at there house because I didn't want anyone to see where I lived. For the first time EVER my family celebrated the holidays at my apartment. Cudos to the employees of Montclair Place for coordinating such monstrous task as the building remodeling. I glad I stayed through the process and now couldn't be happier. Thanks Again, 2 thumbs up.
