I have minor complaints, like the cleaner that is used to clean the hallway carpet smells so bad that the smell seeps into your apartment. The building's smoke alarm is very loud and comes on frequently and can only come off after the Fire department shows up. The layout of the apartments is very basic and small for what you pay. The red line from this direction inbound sucks and frequently have delays (nothing to do with Montclair Place, but it does effect your overall experience).
