My job keeps me moving from place to place and I've had several apartments in my rental life but I believe Montclair Place is the BEST!

I took a risk moving into Montclair Place when I did because there were massive renovations going on. I moved in because I could see were the management company was going with the apartment building and I wanted to be part of something new & exciting. They showed me the beautiful model and then I saw my apartment. It was old, dark and dreary, I kept on asking them, "Are you sure you can make my apartment look as good as the model"' After reassuring me several times and showing me other apartments a different stages of renovation, I took the chance and signed on the dotted line.

I've never regretted it! I'm sure it may have been tough on tenents that were stay at home Moms, unemployed and working at home. But I know that the management kept us well informed along the way and did a wonderful job changing this building.
