Good and bad of living here

Me and my boyfriend have lived here for 4 months and have to move because of a job change. Overall this place has a very good location in terms of public transport, grocery shopping, close to the city, gym & internet cafe. However we have come across several bad experience with the place. Here I'm listing some good and bad experiences:
Good:
- minutes walk to the "T"
- walking distance to grocery shopping
- relatively clean and quiet (inside & outside)
- gym & internet cafe
- indoor garbage disposal
- kitchen appliances are like new
- 24 hour security with security guard and cameras around the building
Bad:
- constant fire alarms
- management never respond to maintenance requests
- bugs problem, bugs coming in from the hallway
- not enough visitor parking space (recently renovating the parking lot, hopfully this situation will improve)
- you need to have a MA license plate to get your own parking space
- management does not explain lease terms clearly, be careful.
- if you ever need to terminate your lease, you have to at least give yourself a 4 month period (2 months notice and 2 months penalty), otherwise you will have to pay for 4 months lease!!
Overall, this is a good environment to live if you can tolerate their strict management policies. Hope this helps!
