Convenient Location - Extremely bad Management

This Unit has an convienient location. Walking distance to the North Quincy 'T' Stop and just off I-93 (Exit 12 South, Exit-9 North). That is the only thing good I can say about it :-(
The complex has been bought over by Charles E.Smith Realty and since then has gone downhill. The people staffing the rental office are a typical example of how rude & incompetent people can be and are placed there by corporations to protect their business/interests.
The city slapped multiple violations on them for everything from Fire code to Sanitation. They have been forced to renovate EVERYTHING! And hence have pushed out long time residents including the elderly so they can recover their money by raising the rent by more than 50%.
Be carefull when signing the lease (renewing/extending) - they are good in legalese esp. hidden terms that are not explained up front. I thought I was going on a month to month (tenant at will) when in reality they got my lease extended and created enormous trouble when I wanted to move out !
