I stayed at Montclair place for more than 2 years and loved it very much. I have stayed in apts for the last 9 years so I have seen many apts before and this was the best experience I ever had.

Management is very professional and at the same time, very personal. We would get a written notice before they enter our apt. Such small things make you feel safe. All lease sign/extension was done promptly and nicely. They listen to your individual requests and do not always try to go by the rules.

Very special mention goes to Maia who works harder than any property manager I have ever seen. She made our stay there very pleasant. Most of my positive experiences are with her. Kudos to Maia !!!

Maintenance crew is exceptional too. Since our apt was renovated just before we moved in, we didn't have any complaint in 2 years but whenever we called them for anytning, they were there in minutes. Bob is very friendly and helpful.

Apt has a really good gym with all working equipments. It is always kept nice and clean with new magazines and everything. Internet cafe with laser printer is also very useful. All my friends were very impressed with the facilities. Apt is very safe with nighttime security with cameras all around. Guards are very helpful during evening hours. Apt also provides many services free such as vacuum cleaner, Videos/dvds, umbrellas, jumper cable and much more. UPS/FedEx parcel is accepted and kept safe and a note sent to you.

Apt location is perfect for those who use T. 2-3 mins walk and you are in the station. You will appreciate that a lot in Boston winter. :)

Rent is slightly on the higher side but with close proximity with T station, I believe it is worth it. Only drawback I could find was heating is not included in rent and so it can add to the total rent.

In short, I am very happy with Montclair place and I will fully recommend this apt. If I go back to Boston and have to rent, I will stay here again.
