The building is nice, it was just re-done a couple of years ago. The staff has changed and things don't seam as friendly as before.

The Leasing Agent (Dan) that rented to us was very helpful but he's gone. Now the Manager (Phil) is gone and the new Manager is to ridged, she goes by the book, policies and procedures. She can't treat tenents like intervisuals. Maia (Assistant Manager) tries to help but she's either too busy or too scattered brained, I can't fiqure out which.

The maintenance guys are good, Greg and Bob, but if you have you have a problem in your apartment late in the day or at night ask for Greg. Bob tends to drink in the afternoon and believe me, you don't want him in your apartment after dark.

I left after 4 years because it just didn't feel like home anymore it felt like a business.

Good luck to you if you decide to go to Montclair Place and keep you hand on your wallet.
