If you're considering moving into Montclair Place do yourself a favor and RUN! Run away fast and don't look back. This place looks good but the management SU---. Their favorite word to the tenants is NO! And they say it often and loudly. I simple question or request becomes a problem. I don't think ---- Germany had as many rules and policies as this place does. If this is the way Archstone management runs all their properties then you should stay away from any of their properties. It used be easier to talk to the management staff and they would treat you like an individual but now there's this big corporate feel to living there and no personal touch.
