I've only lived in Montclair Place for a short period of time, however quite pleased. The building is newly rennovated, has a gym and internet cafe. There is also a new Planet Fitness just down the street. 93, 3, and 3A are all closely located to the building. Wallaston beach and Marina Bay are just down the road. There's a Stop and Shop, Hollywood Video, Marshalls, and other good stores quite close to the building. The staff, Melanie, Jen, etc. have been extremely friendly and always available for questions or concerns. I had to put in a maintenance request of which was addressed within a few hours. There is always someone in the front, 24 hours/day which also offers a drop-off dry-cleaning service. The residents in the building seem to interact a lot with one another, on the elevators, lobby, etc. The people have a "friendly neighbor" attitude. I don't use it often but the T and Commuter Rail couldn't be more easily accessible to the building. The only negative so far has been the small size of the bathrooms, bathroom fixtures not that great. Overall, Montclair Place has been a great move for me.
