Good:
Safety, not heard any break-in to car or apartment, 24 hrs security svc with video surveillance.
Nearer to T.
Good maintenance and management staff.
Good neighbours and no noise between the apartment.
Kitchen equiments in good condition.

Bad:
No play place for children, tennis court, pool. (Only gym is here and in better condition.)
Need more parking space for visitors.
Expensive, but i feel it's worth.
