Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
You pay $1300 for a 1br apt. not include all utilities (you pay heat, hot water and everything) and $400 moving in fee....
why do you live in Quincy

$1300 on top of almost $200 (esp. in Winter)utilities....you could find an apt. in downtown boston.
why do you ever consider to move to Montclair Place.....
Unless you must live in Quincy
