Keep away from Cold Place ( Montclair/Archstone Place)

Believe me, you feel like sleeping outside, such a bad door and windows, you can feel the Cold breeze even inside the house. It's not just for me, heard the same complaints from many of my friends. On top of that, you've to pay $300 for heat during the winter( Dec - Mar ), UTTER WASTE......
