I'm currently a resident of archstone and trust me everythings been going great here.My husband works in downtown and this place is so close to the T.Maintenance is very prompt.I've reported so many problems and got them done in 1 or 2 days max.I met with a terrible fire accident recently and beleive it or not the management replaced the microwave and dishwasher and also painted and cleaned with professionals.

Yes the management is strict but guess thats why everythings going good.And as far as lease is concerned they are not so strict and we've extended our lease for more than a month.And inspite of repeated notice from the staff the residents leave the garbage in open covers near hallway and dont dispose it properly.So residents bring in bugs.Excellent security and the gym and cafe are just too good.

I'm really feeling sad about leaving this place.I hope my next apt is as good as this.

If u plan to stay here take my word...its gonna be awesome..Best Of Luck..
