(Now Archston Quincy) Okay for some not for me! READ MY HONEST REVIEW

pros:
has gym
free internet room
free coffee and sitting place
nice kitchen
great location right next to N Quincy T station.


NOW THE CONS, which are many and unending.
-rude and dumb managment
-hallways stink and no ventialation and air cirruclation
-building stinks horribly
-class of people are not that great
-parking lot sucks and some spaces get really snow and rain flooding
-parking is so small your car will get dented in all directions
-laundry room doesnt cater to the number of residents, all ways a wait--sundays impossible, not rules enforced people use all at once.
-air in apt is horrible because doors, windows, balcony all have to abilty to get wind inside the apt, and apt door has big crevices so any smell will seep into your apt, including the fact that if your neighbor smokes you will get second hand smoke because the apt entry/doors are facing each other, and hallways stink
-Easy to get someone elses cooking fumes in you apt through windows and balcony door, especially if any neighbor on the side, top or bottom of your apt is barbequing--yuck!
-mangement lies and is sneaky, they will not tell you things like aptments near the elevator are really noisy in the bedroom and if you a a sensitive sleeper, your sleep is gone.
-because its an OLD renovated building electricity is very high, my husband and I barely stay home have travel jobs and our electric bill is average $125 a month! and also if you add that laundry takes very littel cloths, you pay a lot for that too, about $30 a month if you like a really clean wash!
--Pay for Garbage and Water!
--BIGGEST PUTOFF, HALLWAYS AND BUILDING STINK IN GENERAL! CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE OUT AT END OF LEASE.
-EXPENSIVE, ONE BEDROOM BASE RENT AROUND $1350!
-HAVE TO PAY $400 NON-REFUNDABLE AMENITY FEE, WHICH IS HORRIBLE!
