Be very careful if you decide to sign on here....the new management team is a nightmare. I will say the assistants in the office are helpful, but the community manager is horrible. She will not return calls, and is of zero help. I would think customer service would be important to her.

The building itself is okay, convenient to the T, but they give all sorts of breaks to get you in, and then they keep raising the rent on you every year. Plus forget having visitors, they tow everybody if you don't sign in. You can't even have a friend park in a spot that you pay for - they will tow you....
