We received this notice in our doors today from ----------------, Property Manager

"Recently, we have had reports of vehicles being broken into and items such as GPS, laptops, MP3 players,and other valuables being stolen while parked here at Neponset Landing. These incidents have occurred in the parking lots, as well as both garage levels. Additionally, two motorcycles parked at Neponset Landing have been reported stolen.

Do not believe the "recently" part- it has be ongoing since the building went up. The rest is true. Think twice if you own a vehicle. Car insurance is also very expensive.

Agreed. The crime is out of control and there is nothing being done to prevent any of it. The area is on the border of Dorchester, which is notorious for crime. My advice... think twice!

So true, i used to live there and lived on bridge side and was a light sleeper everynight so saw/heard what went on at night. between 2-5am looked like a lot of drug deals/escorts being brought to the complex or parking lot. I think if the cops staked the area out they'd arrest a few of the tentants...

Crime has no address. The Property Manager was simply alerting you of possible crime, which is located everywhere, as to make sure you lock up your valuables. I am sorry if looking out for the best for residents, is a crime.

And you are? The property Manager? They have crime stats for every zip code. Crime does have an address and it is 02171-2 Hancock Street. Look it up..extremely high.
