I've tried 3 times to get a place in this complex because there is always a loooong waiting list. Finally I got in last March and I love it!

Beautiful landscape all over the hill. Very sunny and spacious units. Right next to Wal-Mart and major shopping malls. I sound like I am working for Presidential but no I don't.

It's absolutely great for what you are paying.

Presidential Estates is a breeding ground of illegal aliens in Alexandria. It is in desperate need of a visit by ICE and the police.
