I highly recommend staying away from this complex. Any of the positive reviews that you read are from those that haven't had issues with their apartment...or have a HUGE tolerance for poor service. Pay attention to those small complaints such as noise, washer dryer problems, insects, insulation, VERY high winter heating bills, non-responsive maintenance, poor maintenance when the do show up, smell, an uncaring receptionist, misleading model apartments...shall I keep going. Also, high increases in yearly rental, but no return or additional benefits for these increases. And worse of all, the latest trend of your neighbors is to throw garbage in the parking lot next to, but not in the dumpster. Do you know what that means...the seagulls, racoons, foxes all get to it during the night and the residents are forced to walk over / drive over the mess. I do feel bad for the maintenance guys that are forced to clean it up...but don't you think management would put a little effort in to prevent the problem...guess again. These are things that do exist and will haunt you every day!!

You will regret the decision to move in unless willing do deal with issues like this on a daily basis.
