ITs not worth applying for the apartment. I had applied for 1BR but rejected. One of them said credit is good, but the next day when I spoke to the manager she said its rejected as the report says I have only 1 CREDIT card. That was the most STUPID reason I ever heard. I can't fight due to many reasons or I would pulled them to court. I find that was discrimination. They make money on 1 apartment with around 25-30 applications for CREDIT check charges of $25 each.
