Judge the book by it's cover...

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
 
Ignore the model apartment you'll be shown. It's heads and shoulders above what you're really going to get. Note the old complex, the tough parking situation, and the whole cover of this book. The inside is actually much worse. I saw, I lived, I cringed. Don't do it. Find a nice private landlord and don't get yourself tangled with this hopeless mess.
