Overall my experience was okay. The washer/dryer problems got to be so much of a nuisance that I just started going to the laundry mat. My neighbors were quiet & friendly but in the summer the area is often frequented by raccoons the size of small bear cubs. The location is great but you should defintely look at your apt before signing the the lease and know that the fitness room is a bit outdated. Also you can probably negotiate your rent.
