I have lived here for 1.5 years now and have been very frustrated with the management. The management here is terrible. I currently have 3 open maintence reqests that date back as far as June and many phone calls have been made. They half fixed a leak from the upstairs neighbor and left it with a very ugly piece of plywood where the repair was made and they said they would be in the next day to finish it off, it has been 3 mionths now and 4 calls have been made. The other major problem there is parking if you have and even pay for a second car. There is not enough parking. And the snow removal is good on the major road going through the development but the side streets where your numbered parking space does not get done well.
