Great location, but big yearly rent increases

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002
 
The complex is pretty nice, and the apartment is too, and it?s great being so close to the store; but the rent increases are pretty steep,(They raise rent by at least $100.00 per month every year.), and heat & hot water are not included.

I like my apartment here, but I just wish the rent would stop going up in such big increments...
