We are still living here... a nice apt.. besides the occasional ants.. the maintence painting and looking into our windows... it can get noisy.. not bad but enough that it bothers us. You cant walk on your floor.. it squeaks so bad.. so doesnt the ppl above you... try to use the pool.. you can only have 2 guests... they have to PAY! and you can only BBQ there... until 8.. and thats it! Good luck getting into it anyways.. its always full. if you live in front of the tennis court.. get good blinds if they lights are on at night. the ppl who lived here before us smoked... and after 5 monthes.. and trying everything in the book.. we smell like smoke.. our clothes.. and us.. the apt still reaks..after everything.. we are looking for a new place now... the gate security is a plus though! very conveinent to schools, work of shopping. If you have allergys like us.. dont bother.. make sure it hasnt been smoked in or whatnot... loosing money for having to break the lease doesnt bother us for that though. On a last note.. they have worked with us for trying to catch up on rent.. and day promising things.. then turn and send you notification letters that if you dont pay they will evict you.. but when confronted.. tell you not to worry about it.. why bother sending it then''' to close... hope you dont mind the constant sirens!
