I say smelly because everytime I walk up into the complex and into the hall of my apartment, there is always a horrible odor of somebody cooking something disgusting. The walls are very thin and this penetrates from room to room and even upon approaching the door. Sometime I notice the whole complex has this aroma Also, trash is always falling out of the bins and flying down onto the grassy area. Being on a first level, the floors always squeak above me and the main door is constantly slamming, it needs a slow moving hinge so people don't jump everytime is slams shut. There is no lighting in the parking lot and it's scary walking around at night.
