A great place to live

I am very surprised to read the negative responses listed here for Presidential Estates. It sounds like a lot of sour grapes to me. I have lived here for a number of years and have been very happy. The office staff is responsive, cooperative and very friendly. I have never had a problem with any maintenance request. The grounds are always kept in pristine condition.
I'm sure I couldn't find a nicer place to live.
